Dubai, UAE, March 2020: Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Renault in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, is proud to announce that the sales team at Arabian Automobiles Renault was awarded the 2019 Voice of Customer (VOC) for the second consecutive year.
The Voice of Customer award program is hosted by Renault Middle East across Renault dealerships in the Middle East. The winners are selected based on customer experience excellence, and the evaluation is done through a monthly VOC survey that is conducted by an external agency. This year, Mr. Abhishek Nasta (Branch Manager) and his team were awarded the accolade for the exceptional service that they offer customers on their car-buying journey, ensuring them exceptional care, service, and efficiency.
An awarding ceremony was held at the R-Store on Sheikh Zayed Road during February 2020, and the trophy was presented by Mr. Mark Carson, Customer Services & Quality Director at Renault Middle East, to Mr. Nicolas Oswald, Sales & Marketing Director RENAULT of Arabian Automobiles, and Mr. Zaher Sabbagh, General Manager Sales at RENAULT of Arabian Automobiles. The ceremony recognized the efforts of the entire Renault Sales team in delivering customer-service excellence.
