We are an independent Dubai-based PR agency that has grown to become a UAE PR leader and one of the GCC’s foremost strategic communication consultancies, on the basis of a solid track record of successes and a portfolio of satisfied clients.
Reflecting our mission to become the top UAE PR agency, we are named after the pioneering founders of public relations, Marcus Tullius Cicero, who mastered the ‘art of persuasion’ in the Roman era, and Edward Louis Bernays, whose opinion-moulding ‘engineering of consent’ technique led to his title as the 'Father of Modern' public relations.
